1. Services Overview
Stellar Staging provides professional home staging, property styling, space reorganisation, and photography coordination services for residential and commercial properties in the Perth metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined below.
2. Consultations
Initial consultations are offered free of charge. During the consultation, we will assess your property and provide recommendations tailored to your goals. A formal quote will be provided following the consultation, and no obligation is incurred until a quote is accepted in writing.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon during the consultation and may include:
- Furniture and décor hire
- Delivery, installation, and removal
- Styling and design consultation
- Photography coordination
Additional charges may apply for extended hire periods, additional items, or changes to the original scope of work.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required prior to the commencement of staging work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Staging Period
The standard staging period is 6 weeks from the date of installation. Extensions can be arranged at an additional weekly rate, subject to availability. All furniture and décor remain the property of Stellar Staging and must be returned in the condition they were delivered.
6. Care of Items
The client is responsible for the care and security of all staged items during the staging period. Any damage, loss, or theft of staging items will be charged to the client at replacement cost. We recommend that open home visitors are supervised and that the property remains secure at all times.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following terms apply:
- More than 7 days before installation: full deposit refund
- 3–7 days before installation: 50% of deposit retained
- Less than 3 days before installation: deposit is non-refundable
8. Photography and Marketing
Stellar Staging reserves the right to photograph staged properties for use in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the staging. No identifying property information (such as addresses) will be shared publicly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stellar Staging will take all reasonable care during the delivery, installation, and removal of staging items. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property or for minor wear that may occur during the staging process. Any concerns should be raised within 24 hours of installation or removal.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
